Indeed the poor were JWs, but i knew their situation and how they had acted toward others. The ones who squandered helping hands were ones i know of, but it was not my money in those cases

I mean stealing in the way some companies look and recruit employees who were maybe first recruited on campus. They take the ones who have a proven work record. It is a sad fact that any loyalty of a company to employees is long gone so I dont blame people for moving.
As for typing slowly; I test at 96th percentile so have good comprehension. In my career I held my own with engineers. I stand by my remark about educated fools. Agree with Simon

That is the scheme part. Someone with no work record but papers is a big gamble. No experience in applying knowledge. The other side of recruiting on campus is stealing people from other companies .

Other side is there are some full of themselves educated fools running around too. Watch TV news and note the poor grammar, misspellings, and plain ignorance. I am sure they all went to higher education.
A well rounded education helps the human side in interaction with others; ao literature, arts and all do help doctors and engineers.
i get the feelings that stephen lett tries to come across as mr. rogers but there are times it oozes through that he is a lot more dominant and controlling then he lets on.

he's out in service twice a month for a couple hours each time.
he get's to count his ldc time as pioneering time!!!!.

i went to the meeting on thursday night to hear my grandson and my daughter give their "talk" on the misery school!.
the very first part on the next meeting that follows the misery school was a 15-20 minute part, with a video of course, on the many ways to donate money to the wt!
Just to be fair, it is the time when a lot if organizations mention ways to contribute. Good old tax planning on the window washer income.
Big difference is you can see the use most charitable institutions have for the money and give to what your causes are. I still buy icecream though.
